What if I don’t want to move forward with treatment or change my mind?

Treatment Proposal development is created upon receipt of purchase. Research, strategy and time is poured into this creation. Please note that all consultations and treatment proposals are Non-Refundable whether or not a treatment is booked. Consultation fees are credited towards treatment series to be used within 6 months post receipt of treatment proposal.

What if I Am Late for My Appointment?

Arriving late for your appointment will reduce the duration and the effectiveness of your service. The appointment will end at the scheduled time to ensure the next patient’s scheduled treatment is not delayed. We ask that you please make every effort to arrive on time and allot time to find parking to ensure that you are receiving your full service, and as a consideration to our staff and guests.

Is there Parking?

Unfortunately there is no designated parking for our facility but there is paid neighborhood parking nearby.

What is the appointment Cancellation Policy?

Please allow 24 hours for cancellation or rescheduling by contacting us via email or text at (954) 477-3850. If less than 24 hours, a deduction of the scheduled treatment will apply towards your series.

Is There a Place to Leave My Jewelry and Other Valuables?

Our treatment facility is extremely private and quaint. You and your practitioner will be the only persons present during your service. There will be a designated area to place any jewelry as well as personal belongings such as shoes, bags and other articles of clothing. Your items will be within reach should you need to retrieve them or monitor. For personal belongings of high value we recommend that you leave them at home.

How Should I dress for My Appointments?

We suggest that you undress to your level of comfort for your treatments. Our treatment room is often very cold so you may want to consider wearing items of clothing that are warm. Please note that You will always be draped appropriately during all treatments. Only the treatment area will be exposed.

Can I Bring a Guest with me to my Appointment? / At What time Should I arrive?

Unfortunately we do not allow persons not being serviced into the treatment room other than the patient during treatments. Guest are more than welcomed to wait in our lobby area. Please arrive 20 minutes before your first treatment to allow yourself time to fill out all pertinent forms.

How Do I Handle Tipping?

Recommendations! While we are extremely grateful for cash tips should you feel the need, we are more grateful if you share in your experience with a friend.
